3D printed cookies event

I created original cookies using a food 3D printer, and they were served at a bar together with rillettes and cocktails.

Workflow

1. 2D Design

Use softwares like Illustrator, Fusion 360 to design your cookie

2. 3D Design

In this event, the thickness of the cookie was 0.8 mm.

3. Slice

Import your design into a slicer software "PrusaSlicer", and then customize the settings for food printing.

4. Print Path

Set the below parameters and generate a G-code file.

- Nozzle: 1.6 mm

- Printing Speed: 5 mm/s

5. Prepare before printing

Put your cookie dough into a syringe.

6. 3D Print

Upload the G-code file and start printing!

For this version, cookie was designed with a single layer to achieve a crisp texture.

7. Cook

Bake the printed cookie dough at 160℃ 5min

8. Enjoy!

Sprinkle a little rock salt and enjoy!
