3D printed cookies event
Dec 2020
I created original cookies using a food 3D printer, and they were served at a bar together with rillettes and cocktails.

Workflow
1. 2D Design
Use softwares like Illustrator, Fusion 360 to design your cookie

2. 3D Design
In this event, the thickness of the cookie was 0.8 mm.

3. Slice
Import your design into a slicer software "PrusaSlicer", and then customize the settings for food printing.

4. Print Path
Set the below parameters and generate a G-code file.
- Nozzle: 1.6 mm
- Printing Speed: 5 mm/s

5. Prepare before printing
Put your cookie dough into a syringe.

6. 3D Print
Upload the G-code file and start printing!
For this version, cookie was designed with a single layer to achieve a crisp texture.
7. Cook
Bake the printed cookie dough at 160℃ 5min

8. Enjoy!
Sprinkle a little rock salt and enjoy!
